Is this the same as SEO?
It builds on it. SEO aims to get you onto a page of ten links. AI search visibility aims to get you into the one short answer an AI assistant gives. Much of the groundwork overlaps (clear facts, a good website, reviews), but AI tools also need your information to be consistent everywhere and written so it can be quoted.
Which AI tools do you check?
ChatGPT, Google (AI Overviews and Gemini), Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot and Claude. We ask each one the questions your customers would ask and record whether you come up and what it says.
Can you guarantee AI will recommend me?
No, and be careful of anyone who does. Nobody controls what an AI says. What we can do is make sure it can find clear, correct and consistent information about you, and show you the before and after.
How long until I see a change?
It varies. Each AI tool refreshes what it knows on its own schedule. Some changes show up within weeks, others take a few months. That is why the monthly care plan re-checks every month.
Do I need a new website?
Usually not. We work on your current site if we can get edit access (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify and most others). If your site can't be fixed, we'll tell you, and a new one is quoted separately.
What does it cost?
Setup is from $750 CAD, one time. The optional care plan is from $299 CAD a month, month to month with 30 days' notice. US clients get USD pricing on request.
